APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 6th November, 2019, Philip Ukhevi Uluma, Assistant Commissioner for Co-operative Development, was appointed to be liquidator for Mukenia Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/6238) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year. 362 362 And whereas the said appointed Philip Ukhevi Uluma, Assistant Commissioner for Co-operative Development, has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period, which had since been extended to the 4th December, 2023. I now therefore extend the liquidation period for Mukenia Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/6238) in liquidation for another period not exceeding six (6) months. Dated the 29th January, 2024.
