NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and following an order by the Senior Principal Magistrates Court at Mariakani, under Miscellaneous Case No. E3 of 2023, to the owners of the motorcycles, assorted scrapes and tuktuk at Rabai Police Station, to collect the same within seven (7) days from the date of this publication of this notice, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers, Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said motorcycles, assorted scrapes and tuktuk, by way of public auction on behalf of Rabai Police Station, if they remain uncollected/ unclaimed.
