NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 994, in Volume DI, Folio 372/3671, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Nisha Zuhura Mohamed (guardian), of P.O. Box 80130–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Prita Mohamed (minor), formerly known as Prita Njeri Kimathi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Prita Njeri Kimathi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Prita Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Prita Mohamed only.
