NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1492, in Volume DI, Folio 350/3486, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Jack Kelvin Ochieng’ Odera, of P.O. Box 103205–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ochieng Odera Kelvin alias Kelvin Odera Ochieng alias Jack Kelvin Ochieng alias Jack Kelvin Ochieng’, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ochieng Odera Kelvin alias Kelvin Odera Ochieng alias Jack Kelvin Ochieng alias Jack Kelvin Ochieng’, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jack Kelvin Ochieng’ Odera, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jack Kelvin Ochieng’ Odera only.
