PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya and Rule 20 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2022, notice is given as follows: the Easter recess shall commence on Thursday, the 21st March, 2024, and shall terminate on Tuesday, the 2nd April, 2024, both days inclusive. During the recess, the Registries of the Court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon, on all weekdays except public holidays.
