TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2023 By (1) Emmah Wambui Wachira and (2) Pangarasio Wachira Wangombe, both of P.O. Box 1743–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Wairimu Wachira, who died on 27th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2024 By Benjamin Wamai Mukundi, of P.O. Box 12311–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Muthoni Wamai, who died on 2nd March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
