TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) Geoffrey Gicogo Muchemi and (2) David Ndiritu Muchemi, both of P.O. Box 1236, Kikuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Muchemi Mutugi alias Mucemi Muturi, who died on 21st February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Ruth Wambui Mwaura and (2) Simon Kahiro Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 8483–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwaura Kahiro alias Joseph M. Kahiro, who died at A.I.C. Kijabe, on 19th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
