TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2023 By (1) Stephen ole Lekuik and (2) Thomas Torotei Lekuik, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lekuik Marite Nkoreo, who died at Empakasi, Athi River North, on 2nd February, 2018. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2023 By (1) Ezekiel Simat Nchuuria, (2) Alex Kintalel Nchuuria and (3) Dickson Parsimei Nchuuria, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nichuuria ole Simat Nanka alias Nchuuria ole Simati Nanka, who died at Inchorroi, on 4th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
