TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Magdaline Tele Sitienei, (2) Samwel Kipruto Chepsiror and (3) Meshack Kiplimo Chepsiror, all of P.O. Box 3421-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Machii Sitienei, who died at Segero Location, on 9th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
