TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Iraya Kabuki, (2) Joseph Kimani Kabuki and (3) Michael Ndungu Kabuki, all of P.O. Box 120, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kabuki Maitusi alias Wilson Kabuki Maitusi, who died at Mukuyu Sub-location, on 26th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024 By Fanus Matsohi Makachia, of P.O. Box 46, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Mazuri Isiye alias Peter Ma-Zot, who died at Musoli, on 12th January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
