TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 171 OF 2023 By Francis Soita Kisabuli, of P.O. Box 64092, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Tongolo Naliakho, who died at South Kulisiru, on 19th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2023 By (1) Dorica Kageha Kibisu and (2) Douglas Ingosi Kibisu, both of P.O. Box 82–50311, Wodanga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Ndege Kibisu alias Festus Kibisu Ndege, who died at Kedoli, on 18th April, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
