TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Edward Mathu Kionywe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Kionywe Kimama, who died at Gikambura Sub-location, on 30th May, 1987. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By Hannah Wangari Ndung’u, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Allan Ndung’u Ng’ang’a, late of Ndenderu, who died at St. Peter & Ann Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
