E189 OF 2023 By (1) Collins Thuo Kariuki, (2) Esther Wambui Njeru and (3) Carolyne Wawira Njeru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki Thuo, who died on 22nd April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2023 By (1) Collins Thuo Kariuki, (2) Esther Wambui Njeru and (3) Carolyne Wawira Njeru, , for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiru Kariuki, who died at Nairobi Womens Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
