TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E346 OF 2023 By Joyce Wanjiku Chege, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wairimu Njoroge alias Grace Wairimu, who died on 6th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. E354 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Njoki Ngigi and (2) Mary Wanjiru Ngigi, both of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ngigi Kimani, who died on 13th January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
