TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2023 By Peter Ndungu Gachoka, of P.O. Box 6–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gachoka Kiumbani, who died on 2nd April, 2005. THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th February, 2024 CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2023 By (1) Julia Njeri Mwangi and (2) Jane Njoki Mwangu, both of P.O. Box 894–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mwangi Ndungu, who died at Wanguru, on 20th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
