TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2023 By George Murungi Kathumo, of P.O. Box 341–60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Kathuma Thakaire, who died at Gianchuku Sub-location, on 12th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2023 By Josphat Ragu M’Aribu, of P.O. Box 62, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ribu Munyua, who died at Maara Location, on 23rd April, 1968. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
