Box 46–10301, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Jeremiah Muchiri, who died on 1st November, 2013. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By (1) Regina Mumo Mutule and (2) Pauline Mutindi Luvu, both of P.O. Box 1047–90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Luvu Muinde, who died on 30th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2023 By Isaac Nganga Gachii, of P.O. Box 73220–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Waiganjo Gachii alias David Waiganjo Gacii, who died on 24th July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
