TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By (1) Stephen Musyoka Kitungu and (2) Paul Ngula Kitungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Syothi Kitungu alias Beatrice Syonthi Kitungu, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd July, 2019. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2023 By Rose Ndungi Mwinzi, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sisi Mbuluo, who died at Kavuvuwani Sub-location, on 18th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Helen Kalai Mwanzia and (2) John Musya Mwanzia, both of P.O. Box 32-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwanzia Kyumbu, who died at Muruana Sub-location, on 18th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
