TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 395 OF 2023 By (1) Wilson Kimaiyo Ngelechei, (2) Philip Kipsang Rono, (3) David Kipruto Maiyo and (4) Elizabeth Jeptarus Maiyo, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, all of P.O. Box 396–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiyo arap Temet alias arap Bunei, who died on 26th October, 2006. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By (1) Ann Chepkemoi Sang and (2) Paul Kosgei, both of P.O. Box 1122–30200, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eric Kiplangat Sitienei, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 25th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By (1) Rachel Nekesa Wanyonyi, (2) Irene Wanyonyi and (3) Joseph Sifuna, all of P.O. Box 462, Moi’s Bridge in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Wanyonyi Wanyama, who died at Matunda, on 4th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
