TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2023 Andrew Maritim, of P.O. Box 15-20201, Kabianga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Chebet Keino alias Tarbano W/O Keino, who died at Kabianga, on 25th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 Grace Cherono Birir, of P.O. Box 174, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono arap Birir, who died at Mihango, on 27th September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
