TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E406 OF 2023 By Josephine Nyanchama Ndubi, of P.O. Box 3507–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mabuka Nyaao, who died on 6th January, 2011. CAUSE NO. 422 OF 2023 By Paul Ondieki Nyangoto, of P.O. Box 848–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mellen Kerubo Nyangoto, who died on 15th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Joseph Makori Nyagesorah, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domiano Nyagesora Makori. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
