TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 331 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Nyamweya Ondari, (2) Fredrick Ochanda and (3) Bonface Matini Ochanda, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tertio Ondari Matini, who died on 26th February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E412 OF 2023 By Stephen Mose Mainga, of P.O. Box 1511–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mainga Otero alias Mainga Otero, who died on 16th May, 1993. CAUSE NO. 427 OF 2023 By Justus Ontita Orina, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Orina Gichana alias Orina Gichana, who died on 26th May, 1996. CAUSE NO. E430 OF 2023 By Wilfred Mong’are Ondieki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kebondori Nyakoyo, who died at Bomariba, on 13th October, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
