Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Osoro Gechure, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 369 OF 2023 By Christopher Osiocha Ombasa, of P.O. Box 744–00515, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Gisemba, who died on 6th June, 2005. CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2023 By James Motanya Nyabochoa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyabochoa Nyakoe alias Malack Nyabochoa Nyakoe, who died on 3rd July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By Thomas Omwange, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabiri w/o Onditi alias Sabiri Onditi, who died at Bonyanchaire, on 10th May, 1980.
