Box 216–20319, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Karanja Mwangi, who died at Kageraini, on 23rd April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Njeri Nga’ng’a and (2) Peter Nganga Gathumbi, both of P.O. Box 139, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s son and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mwathi Karuga alias Wilson Mwathi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2023 By (1) Juliah Wangari Ngere and (2) Margaret Nyambura Kimani, both of P.O. Box 313, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ngere Karanja, who died at Kwa Haraka, on 15th September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
