TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2023 By Shadrack Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 96, Karurumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kabunye Shadrack, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. E235 OF 2023 By Grace Thara Mugo, of P.O. Box 99, Karurumo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Mugo, who died at Karurumo R.H.T.C., on 26th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2024 By John Ireri Munyi, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Rwamba Kinyua, who died at The Nairobi West Hospital, on 18th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
