TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Isaac Muyundo Wanyama, of P.O. Box 119, Naitiri-Mukuyuni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Wanyama Wakwela alias Stephen Wanyama Moses Wakuela, who died at District Hospital, Webuye in Kenya, on 6th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By Paul Katila Mala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Wanjala Mala, who died at Lugulu, on 3rd June, 2021. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2024 By Paul Nyukuri Mungami, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Murunga, who died at Nabikoto, Kamukuywa, on 27th January, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
