E254 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Gichuhi Ndwaru and (2) Mary Wanjiru Gichuhi, both of P.O. Box 9911–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gichuhi Kinuthia, who died at Nguthuru, on 4th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Njeri Muchai and (2) Moses Maina Muchai, both of P.O. Box 58–01015, Ithanga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mucai Mugaya, who died at Ngelelya Sub-location, on 3rd November, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
