TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2023 By Cecilia Kwamboka Nyakundi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Nyakundi Michirah, who died at Mwea, on 20th April, 2003. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2023 By Njogu Njoka, of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoka Wambugu, who died at kamunyange, on 7th September, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
