TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 9th February, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2023 By Nyaga Kibathi, of P.O. Box 39, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Burugu Kibathi alias Kibathi Burigo, who died at Kabari, on 21st June, 2004. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2023 By Anna Wambura Simon, of P.O. Box 3, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Muriuki Mbui alias Simeon Muriuki Mbue, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 22nd March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
