TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By Peter Muthee, of P.O. Box 491–60600, Maua in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungania Ituriu Toutorio alias Mungania Ituriu Toitoria, who died at Mbaranga, on 24th March, 2006 . CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Ng’olua Joseph Nyomoo, of P.O. Box 47–60607, Mikinduri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nyomoo alias Peter Nyamu, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2018 . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
