TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2023 By Jenipha Mulalal Otieno, of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Otieno Omondi, who died on 14th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. 341 OF 2023 By (1) Christopher Odongo Angega, (2) Joshua Oduor Angega and (3) Daniel Okoth Angega, all of P.O. Box 38, Sigomre in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angega Adunga alias Angega Ochieng’, who died on 15th March, 1995. CAUSE NO. 353 OF 2023 By (1) Consolata Obala Nyang’ininja and (2) Domtila Awino Ohanga, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Nduya, who died on 10th August, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
