TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 391 OF 2023 By (1) Duncan Shidah Wafula and (2) Pauline Kanaga Givosi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Chanzo Ndekwa alias Rosa Chanzu, who died at Evojo Sub-location, on 6th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2024 By Eunice Muhonja, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kibisu Vijedi, who died at Walodeya Sub-location, on 28th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
