E4 OF 2024 By Mutambo Wafula Chesititi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willingtone Wafula Chesititi, who died at Lugulu Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 1990. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Paul Wasike Seme, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wasike Seme, who died at District Hospital, Webuye in Kenya, on 28th November, 2012. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By Sylvester Karani Bisanzio, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bisanju Juma Omachi, who died at Kibisi Sub Location, on 25th March, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
