TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Amos Shisili Lumwachi, of P.O. Box 262, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nifwa Lumbwa Ingani, who died at Lukume Sub-location, on 1st May, 1979. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Margret Naliaka Taali, of P.O. Box 16, Matete in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shem Tali Shirengo alias Tali Shirengo, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
