TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By (1) Sebastian Osore Papa and (2) Apollo Purege Amuka, both of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Livingstone Ipaka Oduka, who died at Moding Sub-location, on 10th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Syllivanus Isogol Omusugu, of P.O. Box 7, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ikobo Ekodoi, who died at Akiriamas, on 2nd December, 1986. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Gerald Imai Okou, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Okou Ikapel, who died at Ikapolok, on 8th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
