TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 195 OF 2023 By (1) Linus Omwalo Mbendo and (2) Fredrick Ochieng Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damianus Mbendo Omwalo, who died on 21st June, 2010. CAUSE NO. 333 OF 2023 By Margaret Akinyi Orago, of P.O. Box 460, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Onyango Keno, who died on 11th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
