Box 15, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Kerubo Getange, who died at Nyasore Sub-location, on 2nd January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Kemuma Ongoto and (2) Joel Ongoto, both of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Ongoto Mogesa, who died on 5th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Benard Okero Arita and (2) Dickson Bwana Arita, both of P.O. Box 5690–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Arita Okero, who died on 29th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Hassan Magiya Kiage, of P.O. Box 676, Kisii in Kenya, the decesaed’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sitemu Ogweri, who died at Nyakongo, on 1st September, 1973.
