TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2022 By Victor Kimosop Too, of P.O. Box 6–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellena Kobilo Rotok, who died at Barwessa, on 18th January, 2008. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By (1) Jebiwott Sarguta and (2) Judith Jepchirchir Kipyegon, both of P.O. Box 59–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kipyegon Chemjor, who died at Cheploch along Iten–Kabarnet Road, on 20th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
