APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Law of Succession Act, I, Martha K. Koome, Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, appoint— CYNTHIA CHEPKOECH CHERUIYOT to represent the High Court in succession matters in the areas of jurisdiction of her current court station and future court stations deployed to from time to time, with effect from the 1st March, 2024.
