APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (2) of the Small Claims Court Act, 2016, I, Martha K. Koome, Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, designates— CYNTHIA CHEPKOECH CHERUIYOT as an Adjudicator in any proceedings under the Act in the areas of jurisdiction of her current court station and future stations deployed to from time to time, for a period of twenty-four (24) months, with effect from the 1st March, 2024.
