THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndirangu Kamau alias Albert Ndirangu Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.081 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ndarugu/Gacharage/1944, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E437 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Daniel Muiruri Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 816–01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Daniel Muiruri Ndirangu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndirangu Kamau alias Albert Ndirangu Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
