NOTICE is given that a Creditor’s Petition for an insolvency order against Ambrose D.O. Rachier by the High Court was on the 26th July, 2022 presented to the Court by Harit Sheth Advocates on behalf of a creditor. Any creditor or contributor of the above named desirous to support or oppose the making of an insolvency order in the said petition may appear before the High Court in Nairobi in person or by an authorized advocate on the 11th March, 2024 when the matter shall be mentioned. A copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the above named requiring a copy free of charge. Dated the 28th, February 2024.
