Box 4342–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Keegan Kimutai Limo (minor), formerly known as Keegan Kimutai Ondieki alias Keegan Kimutai alias Keegan Ondieki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Keegan Kimutai Ondieki alias Keegan Kimutai alias Keegan Ondieki and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Keegan Kimutai Limo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Keegan Kimutai Limo only.
