Laichena Mugambi & Ayiek, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Ndumba Thangalani, late of Nairobi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2023 By George Mwaura Ihiga, of P.O. Box 73661–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, through Messrs. R. M. Mutiso & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wanjiru Mwaura, late of Waithaka, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 2021.
