TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E349 OF 2023 By (1) Faith Kinanu Murugu and (2) Kenneth Gitobu Gitonga, both of P.O. Box 9501–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Njeri Onyango & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gitonga Murithi alias John Gitonga Mureithi, late of Nairobi, who died at A.F.M.H., on 13th June, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
