TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E321 OF 2023 By (1) Mawia Tumbo and (2) Kenndy Junior Tumbo, both of P.O. Box 76121–00508, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. J. G. S. of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Ochwanyi Okila, late of Masimba, who died at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By (1) Susan Wanjiru Muiyoro and (2) Charles Alex Mwangi Wambui, both of P.O. Box 2516–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Muiyoro Thauri, late of Mwihoko, who died there on 28th September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
