TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E549 OF 2023 By (1) Flora Mtana Ogonyo and (2) Peter Omondi Otieno, both of P.O. Box 2108–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Owele alias Otieno Oele, who died at Bar “B” Location, on 20th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E577 OF 2023 By Walter Otieno Nyawara, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sana Adindi Ogila alias Sana Adindi, who died at East Othany, on 10th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E680 OF 2023 By (1) Joshua Okumu Riandi and (2) Boaz Okudo Riandi, both of P.O. Box 57, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Riandi Okudo, who died at Kadero Wangchieng, on 28th March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
