TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 253 OF 2020 By Samwel Odera Owiro, of P.O. Box 490, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammwal Omondi Ochola alias Samuel Omondi Ochola, who died at Marenyo, on 29th November, 2000. CAUSE NO. E679 OF 2023 By Joshua Okumu Riandi, of P.O. Box 57, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patricia Wambi Okudo alias Patricia Okudo, who died at Kadero Sub-location, on 22nd June, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
