TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By Francis Kariuki Kiiru, of P.O. Box 41, Mugunda in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kiiru Kariuki alias George Keiru Kariuki, who died at Thunguma, on 8th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Mwangi Mwai and (2) Anthony Mucheru Mwai, both of P.O. Box 35234-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Nyokabi Karanja, who died at KNH, on 19th July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
