TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2022 By (1) Susan King’ola Munyasya and (2) Justus Muema Munyasya, both of P.O. Box 1152–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Munyasya Ndaka, who died at Kyanika, on 19th November, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
